English as a foreign language is studied almost all the people in the world. It is used as communication, and also as a source of knowledge.
The existent of English language is really crucial and powerful. Whether we believe or not, students who enable listen, speak, read and write it well, they would be easily to look for a job, whether in private or government institution.

Because of that English program such as teaching English should be socialize better at Indonesian school. Take a look at the reality, many English teacher from all school level in my country seems hardly to carry out English to be better accepted, because of many reasons. The reasons are:
1. Many students who live in rural area are not supported with enough English media, whether printed or electronic media.
2. Many students rarely involved to use or observe visual media during teaching learning process in the classroom
3. Most of students in the rural area learn without a dictionary.
4. English is not practiced at school everyday.
5. Poor encouragement from the English teacher for the students.
6. Sometime English is taught by not an English teacher proficient.
